**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role is a first-shift material handling and forklift operator position in the shipping and loading area of a manufacturing plant that produces concrete blocks. You will focus on unloading trucks, staging materials in the yard, and assisting customers with loading their vehicles while safely operating forklifts and related equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Unload incoming trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
+ Stage blocks, pavers, bricks, and other materials in the correct storage areas within the yard.
+ Work directly with customers in the yard to locate the products they ordered and assist with loading cars, trucks, and trailers.
+ Provide courteous and professional customer service during all customer interactions.
+ Operate a variety of forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment as needed to move and load materials.
