Job Description

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Complies with all company and department safety, quality, productivity, and security procedures.

  • Ensures total quality of the job while in operation and performs quality checks at set intervals.

  • Responsible for reviewing and preparing all shipments according to the shipment calendar.

  • Works with incoming and outbound trucking companies on scheduled pick-ups and deliveries, responsible for the loading and unloading of shipments as per the bills of lading.

  • Ensures proper storage and warehousing of materials according to warehouse layout.

  • Delivery of incoming materials to required departments.

  • Review of documentation for accuracy prior to all shipments leaving the building.

  • Assists Warehouse Lead with any required procedures.
