Forklift Operator

The operator is responsible for operating a large forklift to move and mount large truck bodies in a safe manner and free of damage. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. This position will require extensive training.

Below are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for:

• Drive a large forklift
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Listening skills
• Product knowledge a major plus

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Basic reading, writing, & verbal skills

Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience:

Experience and education are a plus; however, it's not required. Wabash provides training for all assembler positions. Upon receiving an offer letter from us, you'll undergo orientation and several days of training, preparing you for the production floor. <...
