岗位职责:

1. 5S：保证收发货物料的库区符合5S 标准。

2. 车辆维护：每日的叉车车况检查和清洁，损坏时及时申报检修，保证叉车处于良好运行状态。

3. 现场管理：依据每日收发货计划，将到厂车辆、人员、时间合理安排，保证安全、有效的工作。

4. 收货：执行收货标准化工作流程，检查物料，卸货，送检，入库；保证收货的100%准确。

5. 发货：执行发货标准化工作流程，备货，装车，出厂，保证发货的100%准确。

6. 看板信息更新：出入库时要更新看板和料筐的标牌，保证实物与看板库存信息一致。

7. 检验状态更新：物料送检后，依不同状态摘挂签。

8. 生产用料检查：根据每日生产计划检查物料的可用状态和数量，缺料时通知计划部。
