The primary purpose of this job is to perform all tasks involved in moving packaging product through the safe operation of banding equipment according to required specifications. To perform basic, routine equipment maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces in the area of responsibility. To identify unacceptable product conditions and initiate the proper corrective action. To assist maintenance personnel in the troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance of equipment.
