**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to lead and manage demolition and abatement crews. This role involves overseeing a team of 4-6 members and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and supervise demolition and abatement crews of 4-6 members.
+ Conduct daily morning huddles to review safety procedures, project goals, and crew assignments.
+ Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
+ Oversee demolition, abatement, and site preparation activities for government, military, industrial, and commercial projects.
+ Enforce all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety regulations and ensure crew compliance at all times.
