**Job Title: Waterproofing Foreman**
**Job Description**
The Waterproofing Foreman leads field crews in the installation of commercial waterproofing systems, including sealants, membranes, coatings, air barriers, and expansion joints. This role supervises, trains, and directs crew members to complete work safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and industry quality standards. The foreman serves as the onβsite leader, coordinating with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to maintain workflow, sequencing, and project schedules while upholding strict safety and quality expectations.
