Working Foreman
Location: Braintree
Hourly Rate: Up to £22 per hour DOE

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Working Foreman to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the workshop, while providing leadership and guidance to Service Engineers and Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expert guidance to both staff and customers.
• Deliver regular toolbox talks to promote and maintain health and safety standards.
• Review completed work to ensure compliance with warranty requirements and timelines.
• Assist the After Sales Manager with departmental projects and initiatives.
• Maintain a professional approach at all times, upholding the high standards of the depot.
