The primary purpose of this position is: To provide Command force structure and sustainment guidance, administration and analysis required to program the command 65K+ enlisted force resources and ensure the command's units of action have appropriate enlisted forces assigned to maintain combat mission readiness for combatant command operational requirements. Responsibilities MAJCOM Enlisted Force Structure and Sustainment Management. Leads and facilitates MAJCOM enlisted force structure and sustainment program management and Site Action Task Force (SATAF) teams to identify requirements, determine timing/sequencing plans of action tailored to each basing actions' unique circumstances, and develop action items/milestones for immediate and long-range force structure basing plans.
