Job Description
The GRO / People Operations Manager is responsible for managing all HR and people-related operations within Seven Al Hamra Food Hall. This role ensures an engaged, high-performing workforce, compliance with labour laws and Saudization requirements, and alignment with the food hallโs operational and cultural objectives.
The manager acts as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving efficient HR processes and fostering a positive employee experience.
