Requirements

• Grade 10, AET level 4, or Equivalent qualification.
• 1 year experience in a hospital environment.
• Experience in the food service industry will be added as an advantage.
• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Good communication (verbal & written) skills.
• Applicants should have a basic knowledge and understanding of food safety and various hygiene practices necessary in the food service unit.
• Applicants should understand the Batho Pele Principles in relation to the food service unit.
• Must be willing to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
