Position Summary
The Night Food Safety Technician is responsible for ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during night shift operations in the packing plant. This role supports compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer specifications by monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and documenting food safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct routine food safety and sanitation inspections throughout the facility during production and non-production hours
+ Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP plans
+ Verify proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are completed and documented
