Job Description:

• Effective monitoring and feedback of company's compliance to Food Safety and HACCP Standards
• Periodic suppliers Quality Assurance Audit
• Reports Submission. On-time submission of required reports
• Adherence to company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values as a way of life.

Main Tasks:

• Checks and monitors company's compliance to Food Safety and HACCP Standards that include but not limited to Cleanliness and Sanitation, Product Quality in the production area, overall good warehousing practices.
• Keeps a daily monitoring record of pertinent documents for Food Safety and HACCP Compliance.
• Works together with Operations team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions.
• Inspects production machinery and employee's personal hygiene to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
