Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor food processing machines in a Halal-certified kitchen safely, efficiently and in accordance with operating procedures Handle raw and cooked food products according to Halal and food safety standards Perform basic machine checks, cleaning and simple troubleshooting Pack, label and transfer food products as required Role involves manual handling of goods weighing up to 20kg. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area Follow SOPs, workplace safety and company regulations Work Hours: Full time: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Requirements: Able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 20kg, in a fast-paced work environment Good knowledge of Halal food handling, hygiene and kitchen safety practices Familiar with HACCP and GMP standards Comfortable working in a food processing / Halal kitchen environment Team-oriented with effective communication skills
