What you'll need to have
• University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Solid experience in a high-volume food or hospitality environment

• Lead and guide the food team in maximising sales through commercial and operational excellence to deliver to the common objectives and goals.
• Ensure that the food offer is locally relevant throughout the different sales channels by acting on insights from the local market potential and collaborating with the team and key stakeholders in the business to attract visitors.
