Food Beverage Manager

We are seeking a Food Beverage Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication with department heads, controlling costs, monitoring sales, maintaining hygiene standards, managing HR processes, and overseeing health and safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure daily communication with the Head of Departments & Superiors. Control Processes on COS to achieve monthly budgets. Ensure daily sales balance in the income statements. Ensure daily cash-ups are checked and signed off. Verify that Quality of Hygiene Standards, food quality according to Company standards in the business unit, is checked daily.
