We are looking for a highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager for a 196-rooms hotel located at a vibrant location in London and offering a lot of exciting projects to be involved in! The hotel lounge is currently under renovation and final completion is expected by the end of July 2026. The first stage of this role will be fully focused on the Rebranding projects, so full involvement in contacting local suppliers, pricing menus, proposing new ideas, monitoring trends to implement will be key in the first phase. You will be the key person taking care of the official opening of this lounge restaurant along with the Hotel Manager and FB Team. A lot of energies, enthusiasm, and positivity will be the main elements to work with together!
