Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and conference facilities.

Menu planning with the head chef

Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

Manage budgets and inventory to control costs

Planning and organizing functions and events 
Customer service including reservation management
Purchasing, managing budget and stock control
