Duties and responsibilities: All duties associated with the management and control of the assets of the Resort Complete management function of the Restaurant on site The Management of the performance of all staff and contract personnel employed at the Resort. Ensuring that all policies and standards set by the Management Agent of the employer are always strictly adhered to, with reference to the ongoing maintaining of KPIs in relation to Food & Beverage outlets.
