We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who thinks outside the box and wants the opportunity to make our Food & Beverage outlets the heart & soul of our Hotel.

In this role you will:

• Be the ‘face’ of our new restaurant
• Welcome both in-house and external guests
• Provide consistent and high-quality service
• Be an active promoter of our new restaurant and assist in implementing ways to drive revenue within our food and beverage outlets
• Run breakfast, lunch and dinner service, including conferencing and events as required
• Bring flair and passion each and every day
• Be given the opportunity to have your say and bring new ideas to the team
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
• Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices
