As the Focus Improvement (FI) Manager, you will lead the FI pillar with creative and strategic thinking to drive high process maturity. You will be responsible for building plant‑wide understanding and effective application of FI and Lean tools. In this role, you act as a change agent, driving loss reduction and ensuring continuous progress toward AOP and TDC targets, quality objectives, and customer responsiveness.
You will also provide business insights to the GPS steering committee and pillar teams, identify improvement opportunities, and lead high‑value projects through effective hopper management.
