ResponsibilitiesHelp both casual and tech‐savvy customers navigate our website, create and modify custom designs, and assist with accurate order processing.Create competitive, custom quotes for customer order requests.Act as point of contact between our customers and the company's individual departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.Complete time‐sensitive customer follow‐ups to ensure fulfillment of potential sales and customer service needs.Job RequirementsTrue computer proficiency – strong ability to navigate between systems.Bilingual – English with at least 100% proficiency (or B2 level).
