SUMMARY:
Maintenance Foreman/ Manager
Technically strong, hands-on operator with the capability to run a fruit juice processing plant focused on citrus and subtropical fruits, including purees, concentrates, and aseptic packing lines.
The role requires someone with solid mechanical knowledge,  a qualified millwright. Understanding of cold storage and refrigeration systems (down to -25°C) is essential.
This is a technical-first leadership role. POSITION INFO:
Accurately assess and manage throughput and production yields
Identify bottlenecks within processing lines
Apply a strong mathematical and analytical mindset to operational performance
Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Overseeing planning and administration
Coordinating fruit procurement aligned to production needs
Managing day-to-day operational execution
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
