Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems (LV/MV panels, transformers, switchgears, UPS, generators, ATS, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting, power distribution, elevators connections, BMS interfaces, etc.).
• Ensure continuous electrical power supply and minimal downtime.
• Review and approve maintenance schedules, checklists, and logs.
• Analyze recurring faults and implement permanent solutions.

Technical & Engineering

• Lead troubleshooting activities for electrical breakdowns.
• Review technical drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
• Support energy optimization and power quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure systems comply with local authority regulations, codes, and standards.
