An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join the Flying Start Health Visiting Team within the Swansea area. A combination of full and part time hours are available.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering the Flying Start enhanced health visiting programme for a defined caseload of children, families and communities to support children reach their full potential. 

The Health Visitor will be expected to work in partnership with other professionals and agencies to address health needs - demonstrating excellent communication skills whilst working both autonomously and as part of a team.
