Job Description

Reach FLT Driver – Solihull (B92)

We are currently recruiting experienced Reach FLT Operators for a leading automotive client based in Solihull, Birmingham (B92). These are ongoing positions offering the opportunity to work with two of the world’s largest automotive brands.


Pay Rates

  • £ per hour (basic)

  • Based on 38 hours per week

    • Shift Pattern

  • Rotating shifts (weekly rotation): 05:45 – 13:30
    13:15 – 21:00
    20:45 – 06:15

  • Monday to Friday (Night shift: Monday to Thursday)

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) – Min 6 months’ experience

  • Loading and unloading goods from racking and onto P60 tug trailers

  • Moving stock safely within the warehouse

  • Stock checking and verification

  • Put-away of goods into allocated locations

  • Occasional manual picking and sequencing of automotive parts
