Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality flower bouquets, arrangements, and floral displays with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Lead daily florist operations and maintain high standards of flower quality and presentation.
- Manage flower inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste.
- Coordinate and oversee customer orders either in person or through whatsapp and social media accounts, delivery schedules, and logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, expenses, invoices, and supplier payments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle special requests professionally.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a florist with a strong portfolio of bouquet and floral arrangement designs.
- Excellent eye for color, design, and floral composition.
