**Job Description**

The Floor Technician maintains clean, safe, and well-presented floors and common areas across a university campus. This role focuses on floor care in common areas, restrooms, facilities, and dining halls while providing friendly, professional customer service to students, staff, and alumni.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform floor care duties in common areas, restrooms, facilities, and dining halls throughout the university campus.
+ Clean, mop, scrub, buff, and maintain a variety of flooring surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment.
+ Operate floor care machines such as scrubbers and other flooring equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Use cleaning chemicals and supplies as provided, following all safety and usage guidelines.
