- Prepares daily scheduling and briefing of staff reporting to him/her
- Attends daily briefing with the Senior Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager
- Supervise and train all Housekeeping staff reporting to him/her
- Conducts regular inspection of all areas of responsibility to make sure instructions are carried out, comes up with expected results and ensures accepted standard of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation.
- Inspect rooms daily and special attention to VIP arrivals as well as In house guests. Submit daily report to Housekeeping Manager
- Maintains discipline and high morale among staff. Correct mistakes or inadequacies of the same and recommend disciplinary action to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Monitors staff performance and reflect comments in the performance-tracking sheet. Evaluates staff on probation and staff on a yearly basis.
