Prepares daily scheduling and briefing of staff reporting to him/herAttends daily briefing with the Senior Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping ManagerSupervise and train all Housekeeping staff reporting to him/herConducts regular inspection of all areas of responsibility to make sure instructions are carried out, comes up with expected results and ensures accepted standard of cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation.Inspect rooms daily and special attention to VIP arrivals as well as In house guests. Submit daily report to Housekeeping ManagerMaintains discipline and high morale among staff. Correct mistakes or inadequacies of the same and recommend disciplinary action to the Housekeeping Manager.Monitors staff performance and reflect comments in the performance-tracking sheet.
