Patient Registration Specialist (Float) – Direct HirePosition Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Registration Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, has strong administrative skills, and understands healthcare insurance processes.
This is a float position, supporting multiple clinic locations across the metro area. Travel flexibility is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and check in patients with a friendly, welcoming demeanor

+ Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information

+ Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately

+ Verify insurance eligibility prior to services

+ Provide excellent customer service to patients, many of whom may be experiencing chronic pain

+ Maintain accurate data entry within internal systems
