Join our friendly and dedicated team as a Senior Care Assistant! We are seeking experienced individuals who can lead and support our care team in delivering exceptional personal care to the elderly. As this a float role- you are expected to travel around 12 of our care homes.

Responsibilities

Lead the care team on duty, ensuring daily activities are carried out and all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.

Provide personal care and support to elderly residents, fostering meaningful relationships with them, their relatives, and other care staff.
