5 years working in a technical department in aviation industry, Airline or Military Air Force
- Previous Experience in ground and Flight Tests.
- Transversal leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Language Skills: English Negotiation/Advanced level
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to travel
- Medical fitness for flight (Ability to be certified with flight crew medical licence, EASA Medical Cat 2 or equivalent required, Cat 1 will be additionally valued)
The following skills will be also valued during the candidate evaluation:
- Operational military experience as Flight Engineer (FE) and/or Load Master (LM).
- Military Load Master Course.
- Specific training for lead flight test engineer competence (e.g. as per EASA PART 21 AMC No1 to Appendix XII)
- Experience in Aircraft development and production environment, with knowledge of all related processes.
