By joining GBTS as part of the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program, you will have the opportunity to offer simulator and academic training to ab initio Air Force pilots from Canada and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Provide simulator instruction on the Harvard II Flying Training Device (FTD) to military student pilots in accordance with the NFTC Training Plan and Canadian Forces Individual Training and Education System (CFITES).
• Develop specific expertise in aviation-related academic subjects to create and deliver academic lectures in support of the NFTC training program.
