The Role
Operate fixed-wing UAVs in test and operational environments
Support flight test campaigns and mission execution
Conduct pre-flight planning, checks, and post-flight analysis
Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and improve performance
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Support deployments and travel to test sites as required
