**Description:**
You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for supervising crews that conduct systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring safe, on‑time execution of flight‑line activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise crews of represented mechanics and avionics technicians for systems testing, operational ground checks, and flight missions.
+ Assign and adjust work tasks to meet tactical and strategic goals while staying on schedule and within budget.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, ESH, and quality standards through audits, risk mitigation, and policy administration.
