**Position Summary:**

The Site FLIGHT DECK Leader will act as an agent of change for process improvement and Lean implementation for the Intergalactic St George, Utah manufacturing site. The Site FLIGHT DECK Leader will drive lean transformation, furthering a culture focused on continuous improvement by providing lean education, training and support to the manufacturing operations teams.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing developing Lean or continuous improvement strategies)
+ 5+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, practicing and applying lean methods (I.E., VSM, cell design, 3P, TPM, 5S, set-up reduction, Kaizen, daily management, standard work, leader standard work, problem solving, Hoshin Kanri, Gemba, and lean transformations)
+ 3+ years’ man...
