Job Overview Sr. Executive - Cabin Crew Roster Plgmanages the planning of cabin crew training requirements, crew operating patterns (cops) as well as daily, monthly & yearly crew rosters while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements pertaining to all cabin crew operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure training & roster planning complies with regulatory & company operating regulations Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures for the operations of the aircraft Assist with short/long term manpower requirement projection to support flight operations Support roster planning for optimal deployment of crew to operate flights Ensure timely maintenance of operational records for cabin crew, including flying hours, leave records and validity of regulatory trainings Monthly arrangements for hotel accommodation at layover stations and crew transportation Monitor timely and accurate flight record processing for all relevant payments e.
