Overview

As a Flight Coordinator and Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor, you will play a central role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of Starlink Aviation's operations. You will work closely with pilots, flight following agents, the charter and air ambulance teams, as well as maintenance departments to coordinate and manage all aspects of flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with pilots, flight crews, and other stakeholders before and after flights to provide necessary support, make required adjustments, and ensure smooth operations.
• Establish effective communication channels with pilots, crews, and other stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to monitor aircraft availability and manage operational disruptions such as weather events and maintenance issues.
