About The Opportunity

As a Travel Consultant you will be on site full-time at a Flight Centre retail store, working a rotating 7‑day roster. You will manage the complete customer journey, converting enquiries into bookings and meeting KPIs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations.
• Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale.
• Sell complete travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance.
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers – from domestic trips to complex international holidays.
• Manage multiple customers and communication channels at once (in‑store, phone, email) in a fast-paced retail environment.
