Location: On-Site | 4900 Daggett Ave., Brown and Crouppen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mass Tort Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals to deliver exceptional legal services to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of individual and multidistrict litigation (MDL) processes, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Review and assess potential mass tort claims

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

E-file documents in compliance with local and federal regulations

Manage discovery processes including document review, depositions, and interrogatories

Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
