We are seeking a Flex/PRN Home Infusion Pharmacist to support our growing Ambulatory Infusion Services (AIS) and Home Infusion Pharmacy operations in Meridian, Idaho.
This position provides flexible pharmacist coverage for clinical verification, operational support, PTO coverage, and after-hours call support within a highly specialized home infusion environment. The role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a fast-paced setting requiring strong clinical judgment, operational awareness, and collaboration across interdisciplinary care teams.
