Technical Management with 2 Direct Reports

• Complete technical oversight, including drydocking, of four multifunctional heavy lift boats.
• T horough and organised examination of the Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports to guarantee safe vessel operation and risk identification.
• Management of Defect Lists in line with Requisition Trackers to fully control the state of the vessel (engine and deck), including reporting new issues and fixing those that already exist.
• C omprehensive management of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) on board the vessel to ensure compliance with PMS schedules, verify the legitimacy of tasks accomplished, and maintain comprehensive control over the state of the deck and engine.
• Keeping track of all Shore Service Reports for services rendered on vessels and managing shore-based obligations in compliance with Defect Lists
