Requirements:
- The Fleet Analyst supports all aspects of our fleet vehicles over their entire lifecycle.
- Responsible for ensuring fleet data is stored and used accurately.
- Leads the ordering, budgetary, and financial activities for all fleet vehicle activities.
- Participates in special administrative projects and programs in support of the Fleet Management Department.
Responsibilities:
- Builds out model specifications for new dealer stock fleet purchases and issues orders.
- Maintains detailed records of vehicles, GPS, and fleet systems to support reporting requirements.
- Prepares comprehensive and timely forecast and budget documents; administers budget for operations.
- Manages fleet-related key performance indicators.
- Other duties as assigned.
