• Serve as the main point of contact for PO account, handling all inquiries related to PO Account management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist customers with PO Account related issues, providing timely resolutions and acting as an advocate to resolve concerns or escalations.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, review customer accounts for accuracy, ensuring all charges and payments are correctly processed and documented.
• Manage customer billing inquiries, including clarifying charges and resolving any discrepancies.
• Address customer concerns and complaints related to fleet operations, working closely with other teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
