Your Responsibilities

Project Management

  • On time delivery of all the tasked projects on flavor recommendations and submissions
  • Assist in the flavor selection process to ensure flavor wins
  • Customer interfacing to assist ADM’s commercial and technical proposition
  • Coordination and management of project initiation, planning, execution, delivery acceptance and close
    • Portfolio Management
  • Maintain and Manage China Flavors Portfolio by adding superior new flavors and remove those that over time become ineffective
  • Prepare application samples and conduct evaluation sessions of flavors for potential addition to the portfolio.
  • Collaborative team approach with PD&A in flavor selection during the project development phase.
  • Build and manage local core portfolio list and sample stocks in various sites
  • Enhance Portfolio communications and collaborations within APAC countries and globa...
