Overview

The Fitters department currently has a vacancy for a detail-oriented, process-driven, dedicated individual to join their team. This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced, demanding, and pressurized environment. The Fitters Manager leads and manages the Fitters team to ensure all mechanical equipment, machinery, and the plant operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the routine, planned and preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of teams’ work and report any issues or possible improvements to Engineering Manager and/or Directors
