Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining pumps, valves and mechanical equipment associated with pipelines and bulk water storages
• Gathering information and monitoring performance of plant and equipment to ensure its safe, reliable and efficient operation
• Identifying, reporting and correcting workplace hazards and defects in a timely manner
• Managing contractor activities in conjunction with supervisors to provide information and safe access to assets
