Summary This position is located in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Fleet Readiness Department in the Fitness/Sports and Deployed Support Department. The purpose of this position is to assist the Fitness Director to provide fitness training and education at the installation serviced. This position is located **JEBLC/FT. Instructs individuals and groups in the proper conditioning and training for aerobic and muscular fitness, body composition and flexibility.
