Job Title: First Aid & Administration Assistant

Pay Scale: United Learning Support Staff Pay Scale- FTE £31,361 per annum. Actual salary: £27,754.49

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks a year (term time only 39 weeks +1 week)

Reporting to: Office Manager & Vice Principal, Pastoral

Overall Job Purpose

To oversee the provision of first aid and medical assistance for all students and staff and to be responsible for the front of house, answering the phones and providing outstanding customer service to parents, staff and all stakeholders.

To be responsible for office organisation and to provide a strong administrative support service. Show creativity in managing and maintaining school office systems.

To support the Office Manager & PA to the Principal in all administrative aspects of school functioning.
